Scott Cameron

Fit4’s Director, Scott Cameron has been in the fitness industry for 15 years; long before it was seen as a career. During this time Scott has seen a huge change in an industry where a lot of people come and go. The average lifespan of a Personal Trainer is 18 months. There are also a lot of quick fixes and fads in the industry, but many are a waste of time and money. Scott would prefer to work with you to create the habits that will be sustainable throughout your life.

Scott established Fit4 as everybody has a reason for improving their health. What are you getting Fit4? Is it to have more energy, a special occasion coming up, to be able to feel like you did when you were at your fittest?

Scott has a background in sport and performance. He has worked with numerous SANFL Football teams and State League netball teams in their conditioning and performance management. Scott is passionate about performance and success. Scott is highly credentialed through his Personal Training and Education of other Health Professionals in South Australia, which was recognised by Recreation SA and Fitness Australia through being awarded SA Personal Trainer of the Year 2006 and SA Fitness Professional of the Year 2007.

Scott has trained hundreds of people helping them achieve their goals. From the Kokoda track to the New York Marathon. From a Mum who just wanted to get back into her jeans after her first child to a person who wanted to hike through South America. From a busy CEO to a factory worker. Everyone has their own goals and dreams but only a few people take the time and energy to make them happen.

Scott has one question, what do you want to get Fit4?
